Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of dairy products in assigned outlets
Achieve daily sales and order targets
Take and confirm accurate customer orders
Ensure product availability and correct stock rotation (FIFO)
Monitor expiry dates and remove near-expiry products as guided
Maintain basic product visibility and shelf standards
Open new outlets and grow numeric distribution
Follow assigned routes and daily call plans
Submit accurate daily sales, stock, and activity reports
Provide market, pricing, and competitor feedback
Adhere strictly to pricing, sales procedures, and code of conduct
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in FMCG merchandising, dairy category experience is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and audit discipline.
Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
