Job Title: Planner/Design

Job Overview:

Extra Dimensions Co. Ltd is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Planner to join our team. The Planner will be responsible for coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company's high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines that outline project goals, tasks, milestones, and deadlines

● Plan, Survey and design the project with observing all safety protocols

● Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company's high-quality standards.

● Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion

● Collaborate with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to gather project requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure that project deliverables meet expectations

● Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the project team, stakeholders, and management

● Manage project documentation and ensure that all project-related information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible

● Continuously seek new ways of improving project planning processes and methodologies

● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

● Reports to the Project Manager

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or equivalent

● GIS qualification

● At least 3 years of experience in OFC, Planning, Design, and Implementation

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Connect Master, and Google among others.

● Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies, tools, and software

● Valid Driver’s License

● Excellent organizational and time management skills

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

● Familiarity with renewable energy, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and IT sectors is a plus
