Planning Manager

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Demand & Supply Planning

· To collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather intelligence, analyse patterns and develop accurate demand forecasts.

· Develop and manage 18-month rolling forecasts.

· Drive the sales and operation planning process.

· Ensure availability of stocks to support demand/forecast with optimum stock levels

· Develop and maintain the GZI inventory policies.

· To develop aligned supply and production plans to maximize service levels and optimize resources.

· To develop and drive material requirement planning and material inventory management strategy.

· Supports the development of the production plan and schedule in line with the production forecast. 

· To ensure visibility of supply and inventory through periodic KPI and reports.

· Ensure master data accuracy and Drive ERP system health checks and continuous improvement.

Integrated Management System 

· Documents, implements and maintains the requirements of the Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Health and Safety management systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

Required Education 

· Minimum of First Degree in Engineering, Physical sciences, Economics, actuarial sciences or other numerate discipline. 

Required Experience 

· Minimum of 10-years relevant experience
