Procurement Manager

Industry: Road Construction / Civil Works

Age Requirement: 30 years and above.

We are seeking to recruit a Procurement Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts, Purchasing, and Procurement, with a proven ability to manage supply chain processes in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all procurement activities within the company.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Manage supplier relationships and maintain updated records of vendors, deliveries, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Work closely with Accounts and Project Teams to monitor budgets and control costs.
• Oversee timely delivery of construction materials, spare parts, and other supplies.
• Prepare and present procurement reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Supplies and Accounts.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the Road construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
