Job Summary
Kawa Garments Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team! As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, including contract management, contract negotiation and preparation of purchase orders.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
You will also be responsible for ensuring that our commitments to customers are met.
- Managing the procurement of our products and services
- Managing and maintaining contracts with vendors
- Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions
- Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations
- Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance
- Managing daily, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Developing and maintaining supplier relationships
Education and Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement
- Procurement in clothing and textiles is strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently AND as a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
