DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, assemble, and finish custom furniture pieces to high standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately
- Operate and maintain woodworking machines and hand tools safely
- Select appropriate materials and ensure proper cuts and fitting
- Maintain work accuracy and structural durability
- Lead a small team when required and oversee production quality
- Solve on-site problems quickly and effectively
- Work efficiently with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines
- Keep the workspace clean and follow all safety protocols
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in furniture carpentry
- Proven ability to work independently and supervise others when necessary
- Strong understanding of wood types, joints, cutting, and assembly
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Capable of delivering precise, clean, and strong finishes
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
