REAL ESTATE SALES AGENTS
Job summary
Responsible for helping clients buy, sell and rent residential or commercial properties. They identify potential clients, market properties, conduct property viewings, negotiate prices and contracts, and guide clients through the entire transaction process. The role requires excellent communication, sales, customer service and negotiation skills.

Age: Below 30 years.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years' proven experience in selling residential houses.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of the Kenyan real estate market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
