Key Responsibilities Daily Operations:
Assist in opening and closing procedures, balance cash registers, and manage daily sales reports.
Staff Management: Appoint, train, and mentor staff.
Prepare and adjust shift schedules to ensure optimal floor coverage. Customer Service:
Address guest inquiries, mitigate complaints, and solicit feedback to guarantee an outstanding dining experience.
Inventory & Supplies: Track stock levels, purchase ingredients or utensils, and coordinate with vendors to negotiate prices.
Health & Safety: Ensure the entire team strictly complies with local food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or food service industry.
Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and basic arithmetic skills. Tech Literacy: Familiarity with restaurant management systems (e.g., OpenTable) and digital payroll or scheduling software.
Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
