Position Summary

You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating opportunities to support the overall growth of the business. Job duties include collecting data, reviewing current customers, analyzing market trends, and creating detailed reports. The main goal of a sales analyst is to develop strategies that improve sales productivity for the organization


YOUR DAY TO DAY


Customers & Relationships


● Creating and sending line sheets and announcing newness to customers.

● Create reports to help track sales and order shipping for customers


Operations & Results

● Partner with the logistics coordinator to ensure on-time payment & delivery of SOKO wholesale and e-commerce orders. 

● Manage day-to-day operations supporting wholesale accounts, including sample management & CRM management.

● Work with logistics and sales teams on weekly review of selling data & business development results

● Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders to ensure a low out of stock rate is maintained at all times

● Develop regional and international strategies for tradeshows.

● Travel to customer locations as needed to train, merchandise & assist with sales Strategy & Innovation

● Cultivate new accounts and seek opportunities to expand business with existing accounts; identify and strategize means to penetrate new markets

● Partner with customers to communicate and execute brand positioning and key strategic initiatives for the brand

● Complete spec sheets & any setup requirements for dropship partners - ensuring new product drops occur in a timely manner


Required Skills/Abilities:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

●  Strong background working with Excel and experience 

● Formulates compelling stories with data to drive marketing and innovation strategy Education and Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, International Business, or a related field required
