Job Description/Requirements
- Degree/Diploma Certificate Holder.
- Ability to communicate in both written and spoken English.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Maintaining excellent customer experience
- Ability to develop & deploy sales & marketing strategies
- Ability to Balance adaptability and consistency
- Team management skills
- 2 years’ experience in auto logbook financing as a sale’s consultant/ team leader role will be an added advantage.
KPI’s
- Recruit, train & retain a sales team
- Proactive in collaboration planning in sales
- Meet both individual & team monthly/quarterly sales & portfolio targets
- Grow & maintain a performing loan portfolio for both individual & team
- Ability to generate & circulate team reports
- Customer experience/service
- Act as a liaison between the team and management
