DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B and B2C channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and retail customers.
  • Conduct regular field visits to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop marketing materials (brochures, flyers, product sheets) tailored to different customer segments.
  • Coordinate promotional events, trade fairs, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage and grow the company’s online presence (social media, website, digital advertising).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
  • Maintain a customer database and ensure timely follow-ups.


KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the hardware or construction materials industry
  • Strong network of contacts within the construction, real estate, or hardware sectors is an added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tool
