Job role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through the promotion and sales of garage services including repair and maintenance of small cars, heavy vehicles, trucks, and lorries. The role involves developing sales strategies, identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automobile/garage, automotive spare parts, or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance (cars, trucks, and heavy vehicles) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and client acquisition skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote garage repair and maintenance services.
· Identify and approach new clients, including corporate fleets, logistics companies, transport firms, SMEs, and individual vehicle owners.
· Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and referrals.
· Present and demonstrate garage services to prospective customers in a professional manner.
· Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research & Strategy
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
· Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and service packages.
· Provide insights and recommendations for improving services and enhancing customer experience.
Salary: Gross of Ksh 80,000
