Job summary

We're recruiting for the position of a Sales Executive on behalf of a reputable client, a leading real estate company based in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving all project sales by converting leads into clients and achieving set sales targets and revenue objectives.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities:

·       Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads into successful property sales while consistently achieving individual sales targets.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

·       Prepare and submit accurate weekly reports on activations, leads generated, and ongoing sales.

·       Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

·       Collaborate with the Sales Manager in setting realistic sales forecasts and targets.

·       Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field activations.

·       Maintain an organized and up-to-date personal client database and actively follow up on all prospects.

·       Organize, coordinate, and accompany prospective clients during property site visits and project demonstrations.

·       Present property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to prospective clients professionally and accurately.

·       Negotiate sales terms within approved company guidelines to facilitate successful property transactions.

·       Liaise with the Legal and Administration departments to ensure timely preparation, execution, and processing of sale agreements, contracts, and other transaction documents.

·       Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all customer interactions, opportunities, and transactions are updated in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

·       Monitor customer feedback, identify emerging market trends, and provide recommendations to improve products, customer experience, and retention.

·       Work closely with the Marketing team by providing feedback on promotional campaigns, customer preferences, and market intelligence to enhance marketing effectiveness.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and applicable real estate regulations.

·       Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Sales Manager or Company Management.

 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field.

·       2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.

·       Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·       Target-driven with a proven sales track record.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

·       Availability for site visits, activations, and weekend events.
