Job Summary
Kinglion Investment Company Limited is a leading supplier of premium roofing coils, motorcycles, and three-wheelers across Eastern and Central Africa. We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our Kenya team and drive growth in both our roofing coils and motorcycle product lines.
- Minimum Qualification : Diploma
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell roofing coils to hardware shops, contractors, and factories.
- Promote and sell motorcycles to dealers, retailers, and individual customers.
- Generate new leads and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct field visits, sales presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
- Prepare and submit quotations and negotiate terms with potential customers.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets across roofing coils and motorcycle sales.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and customer support.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience (preferably in construction materials, steel industry, or motorbike industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and manage sales of different product categories.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
