Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Research and target potential leads in the U.S. immigration and employment sector, especially within hospitals, hotels, and educational institutions.
- Conduct 50+ outreach activities daily (Zoom meetings, emails) to HR and operations decision-makers.
- Understand the staffing challenges faced by U.S. companies and match them with viable workforce solutions.
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs for outreach, qualified leads, and conversions
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase visibility, attract prospects, and generate inbound interest.
- Launch and manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms to drive lead generation and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar lead generation role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Creative and strategic thinker, with strong content creation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and hitting daily/weekly targets.
- Work night shifts as clients are in different time zones.
