- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the admissions/sales team to deliver outstanding results.
- Build partnerships with schools, organizations, and other stakeholders to generate leads.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the student recruitment journey.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
