Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Sales Product Manager to bridge the gap between product development and sales execution. This role is responsible for ensuring our products are market-ready, competitively positioned, and effectively supported by the sales team. You will work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in product management, sales enablement, or technical sales.
3. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer buying behavior.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
6. Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the product expert within the sales organization, providing training, tools, and support.
2. Collaborate with product managers to understand roadmap, features, and value propositions.
3. Develop and deliver sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product demos, battle cards, and FAQs.
4. Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning.
5. Partner with marketing to create go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
6. Support sales teams during client meetings, RFPs, and product presentations.
7. Track product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform future enhancements.
8. Ensure alignment between product capabilities and sales messaging.
Preferred Skills
1. Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
2. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
3. Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and sales events.
Salary: 80,000 – 90,000 gross
