Job Summary
The overall purpose of the Sales Rep, reporting to the Sales Manager, is tasked with proactively developing, planning, and executing sales and marketing strategies to enable the company to achieve and surpass set sales turnover targets, across all special products for the company and ensure optimum profitability is realized.

Job Description/Requirements
Locations: Kisumu, Nakuru.
Salary: 25,000-30,000 + Bonuses.
Key Responsibilities;
- Aggressively engage customers through Social Media, Cold Calls, E-mails, SBBGÂ Placements, Visits, and Products Presentations.
- Present and explain product attributes of the special product range to prospects.
- Ensure Niche Marketing materials, Pricelists, and Social Media Pages are interactive and updated.
- Maintain presentable special items displayed in the shop and Reseller Outlets
- Assist in demand anticipation and stock planning of fast-moving special products,
- Proactively develop work plans to visit potential niche product customers,
- Uphold and maintain a positive and value-adding corporate image,
- Ensure that collections and deliveries are made to all respective clients as per requirements,
- Monitor competitor activities within the store and share findings with the Sales Manager
- Advise and match customer needs with the right products;
- Ensure excellent customer experience
- Handle customer complaints and escalate accordingly,
- Maintain corporate and customer confidentiality,
- Report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis individual sales figures achieved.
Competence for this role - Knowledge; Skills and Experience required for this Role
- Degree in Sales and Marketing or any business-related course.
- Digital marketing skills are a distinct added advantage
- Must have At least two (2) years experience as a Merchandiser or other field sales experience in a busy manufacturing company,
