Job Summary
We seek to grow our customer base through personal selling and cold calling. We are therefore looking for a confident, aggressive and trustworthy young person who will play a key role in achieving this objective. The candidate will receive training for one week and thereafter take over the daily tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Track sales and provide management with weekly reports
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Qualifications;
• MUST have a relevant Diploma/Degree in related fields
• MUST have at least 2 years and above successful sales experience.
• A rider with a license an added advantage
• MUST have good knowledge of farms and key buyers within the agriculture sector.
• MUST be self-motivated and work under minimum supervision.
• Must be 25 to 35 years of age
• Driving license will be added advantage
• Remunerations: Ksh. 15,000.00- 20,000.00 plus commission
