Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with clients within the vape industry and related sectors.
Drive sales by actively promoting our products through established and new sales routes in Kenya.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Expand market presence by leveraging existing industry networks and connections.
Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner, acting as a brand ambassador.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, sales performance, and customer insights.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the vape industry (sales/marketing roles).
Strong background in sales and marketing with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Well-connected in the vape and related industries within Kenya.
In-depth knowledge of the Kenyan market and sales distribution routes.
A Kenyan citizen, fluent in English, Kiswahili, and at least one local language.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage diverse clients and stakeholders.
Self-driven, data-oriented, and able to work independently while being a team player.
