Senior Accountant
Job summary
<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting budgeting and auditing processes.</p>

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements and reports
Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Coordinate and support internal and external audits
Supervise junior accounting staff where necessary
Improve and implement accounting procedures and internal controls
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
