🎯 Your Mission

As Sourcing & Supplier Manager (Global), you are responsible for ensuring we can deliver what we bid — competitively, reliably, and at scale.

You will:

• Identify and secure qualified global suppliers
• Obtain competitive pricing aligned with tender requirements
• Build a reliable, scalable supply network
• Support the business in winning and delivering contracts

You are not just sourcing —
you are building the backbone of our delivery capability.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Global Supplier Sourcing

• Identify and engage suppliers across:
  • Medical & humanitarian goods
  • Construction & infrastructure materials
  • General and bulk supply categories
  • Food and relief supplies
• Build and maintain a diversified global supplier base

🔹 Supplier Evaluation & Qualification

• Assess suppliers for:
  • Quality and reliability
  • Compliance and certifications
  • Capacity and lead times
  • Pricing competitiveness
• Ensure suppliers meet international and UN procurement standards

🔹 Pricing & Commercial Alignment

• Obtain accurate and competitive quotations
• Work closely with:
  • Pricing & Costing Analyst
  • Bid/Proposal Team
• Ensure alignment between:
  • Cost structure
  • Margin targets
  • Market competitiveness

🔹 Supplier Relationship Management

• Build long-term partnerships with key suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions
• Maintain consistent communication and performance tracking

🔹 Tender Support

• Provide sourcing input during:
  • Tender evaluation
  • Proposal development
  • Pre-submission planning
• Ensure all sourcing inputs are:
  • Accurate
  • Timely
  • Commercially viable

🔹 Data & Systems

• Maintain supplier and sourcing data in:
  • CRM / procurement systems (Zoho / ClickUp / SharePoint)
• Track:
  • Supplier performance
  • Pricing trends
  • Availability and risk factors

⚡ Performance Expectations

• Provide supplier quotes within 24–48 hours
• Maintain ≥3 qualified supplier options per requirement
• Achieve cost efficiency and margin alignment targets
• Build a reliable, scalable global supplier network

  • International suppliers (preferred)
• Familiarity with:
  • UN / NGO / Government procurement environments (advantage)
• Strong skills in:
  • Excel / data tracking
  • Communication and negotiation
• Excellent English communication
