To support smooth store operations by receiving, recording, issuing, and safeguarding company materials, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper documentation at all times.

Job Description/Requirements
A. Receiving & Verification
- Receive goods from suppliers and verify quantities, specifications, and quality against LPOs and delivery notes.
- Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
B. Storage & Organization
- Store materials safely and systematically according to company guidelines (FIFO/FEFO).
- Label and arrange items to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store.
C. Issuing & Dispatch
- Issue materials to production, sales, or departments based on authorized requisitions.
- Prepare dispatch documents for deliveries to branches/customers.
- Record all stock movements promptly and accurately.
D. Stock Control & Record-Keeping
- Update bin cards, stock cards, ERP entries, and physical registers.
- Assist in periodic stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Reconcile variances and support investigations.
E. Documentation & Reporting
- File and maintain all store documents including GRNs, issue vouchers, delivery notes, and requisitions.
- Generate simple stock reports as required.
- Track stock balances and alert the supervisor on low stock levels.
F. Security & Compliance
- Ensure safe handling of stock to reduce breakages, spoilage, and losses.
- Follow SOPs, stock-handling guidelines, and safety rules.
- Protect store assets and maintain high levels of integrity.
