The Procurement Manager will oversee the end-to-end procurement process for network and CCTV equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of products and services.
This full-time, on-site role is based in Nairobi County, Kenya, and involves managing supplier relationships, evaluating vendor performance, and negotiating contracts to meet business and customer needs.
Day-to-day responsibilities include forecasting demand, preparing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
The Procurement Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies, maintain accurate procurement records, and continuously analyze market trends to support strategic sourcing decisions.
The Supply and Procurement Manager monitors global market trends, forecasts demand, manages inventory replenishment, coordinates imports and logistics, evaluates supplier performance, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
The position works closely with sales, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent stock shortages or overstocking, and improve overall supply chain performance.
