Position Summary

  • Essential Responsibilities and Duties
  • Review of import and export documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Track accuracy of documentation and verify compliance.
  • Update import and export systems as needed or locally defined in the assigned country
  • Liaise with customs and local authorities on daily operational issues.
  • Ensuring all import and export duty tariff codes are correctly applied to incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Support compliance with customs requirements.
  • Support regulatory self-audits for compliance with the latest customs regulations.
  • Keep customs documents in proper filing, maintenance and retention systems.
  • Build customs knowledge for local organizations in the country.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Procurement or Business Administration Must have at least 3-5 years of experience – preferably in Oil & Gas Working knowledge of SAP is a plus
