Job Summary

The Sales Field Executive (PREFERABLY WITHIN EMBAKASI) is responsible for promoting and selling financial products (Logbook Loans, Title Deed Loans, Asset Finance, Tender/Trade Finance). This role involves identifying prospects, educating them about available loan products, collecting required documentation, and ensuring smooth processing of Loans.

  • Experience Level : No Experience
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in assigned areas

  • Promote various loan products and explain the application process

  • Assist clients in completing loan application forms

  • Collect and verify required documents (e.g., ID, KRA PIN, Logbook, etc.)

  • Coordinate with the back-office team for valuation and processing

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and follow-ups

  • Build and maintain client relationships

  • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions

📌 Key Loan Products to Sell:

  • Logbook Loans

  • Title Deed Loans

  • Asset Finance

  • Trade Finance

✅ Minimum Requirements:

  • KCSE Certificate (Minimum D+ or equivalent)

  • Proven experience in field sales (financial services is a plus)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good understanding of loan processes and documentation

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Must have a smartphone and ability to work independently

  • Fluency in English and Swahili

💼 Documents to Carry While Working:

  • Company Identification.

  • Sales Pitch Material/Brochures

  • Loan Application Forms

  • Checklist for Loan Requirements

  • Client Receipts/Tracking Sheet

🎯 Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Number of new clients acquired

  • Value of loans successfully submitted

  • Conversion rate from lead to application

  • Client retention/follow-up success

  • Area coverage and lead generation effectiveness
