The Sales Field Executive (PREFERABLY WITHIN EMBAKASI) is responsible for promoting and selling financial products (Logbook Loans, Title Deed Loans, Asset Finance, Tender/Trade Finance). This role involves identifying prospects, educating them about available loan products, collecting required documentation, and ensuring smooth processing of Loans.

Job Description/Requirements
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in assigned areas

Promote various loan products and explain the application process

Assist clients in completing loan application forms
-
Collect and verify required documents (e.g., ID, KRA PIN, Logbook, etc.)

Coordinate with the back-office team for valuation and processing
-
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
-
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and follow-ups
-
Build and maintain client relationships
-
Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions

✅ Minimum Requirements:

KCSE Certificate (Minimum D+ or equivalent)

Proven experience in field sales (financial services is a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of loan processes and documentation

Self-motivated and target-driven

Must have a smartphone and ability to work independently

Fluency in English and Swahili
