Job Description
Develop and customize
high-quality itineraries for corporate, leisure, MICE, and specialty groups,
ensuring 100% alignment with client objectives and budget.
Manage end-to-end tour operations, coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, and supplier arrangements to achieve a 98%+ service delivery accuracy rate.
Negotiate and secure competitive rates with local and international suppliers to optimize margins and reduce operational costs.
Strengthen client relationships by providing proactive communication, rapid issue resolution, and exceptional after-travel support, contributing to high client retention scores.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Travel & Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification in IATA/UFTAA, Tour Operations, Travel Consultancy, or GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is an added advantage.
5+ years of proven experience in tour operations or travel consultancy within a reputable travel agency or tour company.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in group travel management, corporate travel, and specialized itineraries (e.g., educational, business, MICE).
