TRACTOR OPERATOR
Job summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining tractors and other agricultural machinery to support cultivation, planting, spraying, harvesting, and general farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate tractors and other agricultural machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform land preparation, cultivation, planting, spraying, and harvesting activities.
• Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Report mechanical faults and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Ensure proper use and storage of fuel, lubricants, and farm equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of machinery usage and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support other farm operations as directed by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum KCSE Certificate.
• Valid Kenyan Driving Licence – Class G (Mandatory).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
