Tricycle Rider

Job Description

We are seeking responsible and reliable Tricycle Riders to join our team in Ongata Rongai. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring proper handling of all deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the company tricycle safely and in accordance with traffic regulations.
• Deliver goods to customers within assigned routes on time.
• Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proof of delivery.
• Conduct routine inspections of the tricycle and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Ensure the assigned tricycle is clean and well maintained.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and road traffic regulations.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries.

Requirements

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Valid motorcycle/tricycle riding licence (Class A or the relevant licence category).
• Previous riding or delivery experience is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Ongata Rongai and surrounding areas.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading of goods.
