We are looking for a designer who
understands that branding is architecture.
Not decoration. Not trends. Not templates.

The Standard
You must be able to translate abstract positioning into a complete visual world.
You will work across:
● Website and app UI systems
● 3D product and space visualization
● Campaign creative
● High-end print and brand materials
● Full identity systems
We expect you to move from concept to execution without losing coherence.
What You Will OwnBrand Identity
● Develop full visual systems, not just logos
● Typography architecture
● Color theory application
● Brand guidelines that can scale
Website & App UI
● Premium, high-taste interface design
● Component systems in Figma
● UX clarity with aesthetic restraint
● Pixel-level detail
3D & Visualization
● Photorealistic renders
● Product mockups
● Interior or spatial visualizations
● Marketing-ready visuals
Campaign Creative
● High-level social and ad creatives
● Editorial-level flyer design
● Brand-consistent motion direction
What We Expect From You
● Strong portfolio showing real depth
● Obsession with detail
● Mastery of typography
● Understanding of hierarchy and white space
● Ability to design luxury without cliché
● No overdesigning
● No trend-chasing
You must be able to look at a brand idea and build a visual universe around it.
Required Technical Proficiency
● Figma (advanced, design systems level)
● Adobe Creative Suite (full fluency)
● 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent)
● Strong UI/UX foundation
Bonus:
● Motion design
● Experience with high-end brands
● Experience working directly with developers
