Media Executive Intern

Job description:

● Role: Media Executive Intern.

● Duration: 3 Months (Remuneration after 1 month training.)

● The Path: 

Top-performing interns may be absorbed into a formal, compensated position based on performance and technical excellence at the end of the term. ● Logistics: We provide transport for the mandatory on-site days per week.

Core Responsibilities (The Mission)

1. Technical Execution: Produce and edit content for each client, ensuring strict adherence to branding, ratios, and audio quality.
2. Influencer Implementation: Work with the HOD to script, edit, and implement influencer strategies tied to specific KPIs.
3. QC & Correction: Take full ownership of Quality Control. You will record required edits, carry them out, and submit polished content for final approval.
4. Strategic Support: Map content to digital funnels and participate in Billboard, Radio, and TV production training.
5. Reporting: Provide daily updates on completed tasks and blockers via WhatsApp and contribute to the weekly departmental reports

Who We Are Looking For

• The Specialist: A graduate in Media Production, Graphic Design, or Editing.
• The Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and maintains strict adherence to timelines.
• The Technical Expert: Proficient in Canva and CapCut, with a keen eye for "Premium" aesthetics (color grading, pacing, and sound design).
