Responsibilities
- Plan and design event themes and decoration concepts
- Set up decorations including stages, tables, chairs, backdrops, and venue styling
- Use balloon decoration, flowers, lighting, and fabrics creatively
- Work closely with the event team (catering, organizers, venue staff)
- Ensure all decorations are completed on time
- Communicate with clients and make adjustments when needed
- Maintain high-quality and visually appealing event setups
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event decoration
- 5 years of experience is highly preferred
- Strong creativity and good eye for design and color coordination
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of event styling, themes, and layouts
- A portfolio of previous work (photos or videos) is required
Preferred Skills
- Experience in event planning or hospitality
- Knowledge of lighting and stage setup
- Strong customer service and communication skills
