Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field

Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field from a recognized institution

Direct and coordinate the activities of the entire construction crew, including in-house staff and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to plan.

Ensuring punctual attendance to duties taking into account time in (7.30 am) and time out (4.30 Pm) and keeping record of overtime used on daily basis.
