JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a creative, innovative, and results-oriented AI Short Drama Director to lead the development and production of AI-generated short-form drama content for international audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, directing, and overseeing AI-driven storytelling projects, ensuring high-quality content that resonates with viewers across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. This role requires a strong understanding of narrative structure, visual storytelling, AI content creation tools, and emerging trends in digital entertainment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced creative environment, possess excellent project management skills, and have the ability to transform ideas into engaging, scalable short drama IPs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end production of AI short dramas, from script interpretation and storyboard development to final delivery. Create and oversee storyboards, scene composition, character performance, and visual storytelling to ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate with AI technical teams to integrate AI-generated visuals, characters, and environments into productions.
• Supervise post-production activities, including editing, dubbing, visual effects, and quality control.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Stay updated on AIGC trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies to drive creative innovation.
• Support international content initiatives and collaborate with global teams when required.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Educational background in Film, Directing, Animation, Media, or a related creative field.

• Experience directing AI-generated content, virtual human productions, AI short films, or AIGC advertising projects.

• Ability to work in English and understanding of Western and Middle Eastern content markets.

• Strong awareness of AIGC industry trends, creative vision, and aesthetic judgment.
