About the Role
We are looking for a talented, creative and highly organized Graphic Designer to join our Creative & Design team.
The successful candidate will develop compelling visual concepts and high-quality creative assets for a diverse portfolio of corporate, government, NGO, development-partner, multinational and private-sector clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys working across branding, advertising, digital communications, social media, corporate communications, events and integrated campaigns, and who can turn strategic briefs into impactful visual solutions.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop creative concepts, layouts, branding and campaign visual identities.
● Design content for social media, websites, digital advertising, publications, reports, presentations and marketing materials.
● Create event and conference branding, including backdrops, signage, exhibition graphics and promotional materials.
● Prepare high-quality, print-ready and digital artwork and liaise with production suppliers.
● Collaborate with PR, communications, marketing, copywriting, events and account teams.
● Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail.
● Contribute to pitches, campaigns and proposals.
Requirements
● Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Advertising or a related field.
● 3–5 years' professional graphic-design experience, preferably in a creative, advertising, PR, marketing or events agency.
● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
● Strong skills in branding, typography, layout, colour and visual communication.
● Experience producing both digital and print artwork.
● Strong communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client projects.
Added advantage: Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva Pro, motion graphics or video editing.
Portfolio & Professionalism
