SALARY KSHS. 30,000 PLUS COMMISSIONS
JOB LOCATION RUAI KANGUNDO ROAD

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for automotive lubricants within the assigned market area.
  • Actively sell and promote petroleum lubricant products to garages, transporters, service stations, and retail clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on appropriate lubricant products for different engines and applications.
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demand within the petroleum sector.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and emerging market opportunities.

Product Knowledge & Field Execution
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of automotive lubricants and petroleum-based products.
  • Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and performance advantages.
  • Support brand visibility through field visits, promotions, and product activation activities.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling petroleum products, especially lubricants.
  • Strong understanding of automotive lubricants and petroleum product applications.
  • Proven ability to work under minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
