Salary: KES 25,000 - 35,000/-

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverage products. 

• Maintain consistency in beverage preparation and presentation. 

• Deliver excellent customer service. 

• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the coffee station and equipment. 

• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs. 

• Process customer orders and payments accurately.

Qualifications: 

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Service or equivalent. 

• Formal training in Barista skills & Food & Beverage Service is an added advantage. 

• At least 2 years' experience in a busy café, coffee shop or hospitality establishment.

Desired Skills & Attributes: 

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and espresso-based beverages. 

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

• High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail.
