Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive business cases and commercial solutions in line with financial strategies and Telkom policies.
- Build pricing models based on accurate internal and external cost data.
- Oversee the design customer-centric solutions aligned with business needs and Telkom’s product offerings.
- Attend pre-bid meetings to assess scope and client requirements.
- Manage the bid submission process end-to-end, including compiling documents, financial proposals, and delivering presentations with the sales team.
- Foster collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless bid delivery.
- Track and report on bid progress from initiation to post-submission.
- Conduct post-bid reviews and ensure smooth handover to implementation teams.
- Champion innovation in enterprise solutions and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
- Receiving requests, preparing accurate and timely quotes, and adapting them to specific customer needs
- Maintaining pricing information and managing a quotation database.
- Collaboration & Reporting by working with sales and technical teams and generating quotation reports
Academic background & Professional Knowledge:
- Degree in Business or related field
- Certification in procurement management
- 2-4 years – Experience in Commercial Management
- Sales Cycle and Procurement Laws, Negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in managing and winning bids is highly valued.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams is an added advantage
