Job summary
NJB Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Eldoret branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing staff, ensuring strong loan portfolio performance, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and loan processing activities
- Drive loan portfolio growth and meet set targets
- Train, and supervise branch staff
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor loan repayments and manage credit risk
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in microfinance sector
- Strong leadership, sales, and credit management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
