Through the Accord Platform, healthcare providers are able to access digital tools for patient registration, consultations, prescriptions, pharmacy orders, diagnostics, referrals, claims support, provider visibility, and healthcare service coordination.

As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our provider network across Kenya and are looking for energetic, professional, and results-driven individuals to help onboard and activate healthcare providers onto the Accord Platform.

Role Purpose

Purpose of the Role

The Provider Network Development & Activation Officer will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, training, and activating healthcare providers to start using the Accord Platform.

The role combines field sales, provider engagement, onboarding support, platform training, relationship management, and digital healthcare adoption.

Target providers include: Pharmacies | Doctors | Clinics | Hospitals | Laboratories | Radiology centres | Dental clinics | Other healthcare providers

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and approach healthcare providers within assigned regions or counties.

· Present and explain the value of the Accord Platform to pharmacies, doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, radiology centres, and other providers.

· Recruit and onboard providers onto the Accord Platform.

· Assist providers in completing registration, documentation, and verification requirements.

· Guide providers on the appropriate Accord product or package based on their business needs.

· Train providers and their staff on how to use the Accord Platform.

· Ensure onboarded providers are activated and start using the platform.

· Support providers during the initial stages of platform adoption.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.

· Gather market feedback and report provider needs, concerns, and opportunities.

· Track provider onboarding, activation, and usage progress.

· Achieve agreed provider recruitment and activation targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Confident, persuasive, and professional.

· Comfortable engaging doctors, pharmacists, clinic owners, hospital administrators, and healthcare business owners.

· Results-oriented and able to work with targets.

· Good at explaining digital products in a simple and practical way.

· Strong in communication, relationship-building, and follow-up.

· Self-driven and able to work independently in the field.

· Honest, disciplined, and well organized.

· Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and online platforms.

· Passionate about healthcare innovation and digital transformation.

Qualifications and Experience

· A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Health Records, IT, or any related field.

· Experience in sales, field marketing, healthcare, insurance, medical representative work, pharmacy operations, provider relations, or digital platform activation will be an added advantage.

· Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, high energy, and willingness to work in the field may also be considered.

Remuneration

Monthly Retainer + Performance-Based Commissions

The role will be remunerated through a monthly retainer and performance-based commissions, linked to successful provider onboarding, activation, and platform usage.

This structure is designed to reward candidates who not only recruit providers but also ensure that onboarded providers are properly trained and actively using the Accord Platform.
