Are you an experienced logistics leader with a passion for operational excellence and a track record of driving performance in fast-paced, safety-critical environments? Future Gaz LPG Plant is seeking a driven and hands-on LPG Supply & Logistics Manager to lead our end-to-end logistics function.
THE ROLE
This is a senior leadership position with full accountability for depot operations and all post-filling logistics activities. You will directly manage depot staff including LPG Depot Operator, drivers, loaders, and fillers and own the complete chain of cylinder movement from loading through to final delivery and empty cylinder return.
You will report directly to the Logistics & Operations Manager and be the primary driver of logistics performance, safety, and cost efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead, supervise, and develop the full depot and field logistics team.
• Plan and oversee all LPG dispatch operations, route optimization, and truck scheduling.
• Manage cylinder stock accuracy, turnaround times, and empty return rates.
• Ensure fleet readiness, driver compliance, and real-time vehicle tracking.
• Enforce EPRA regulatory compliance and HSSE standards across all operations.
• Deliver accurate operational reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage hospitality client cylinder accounts with precision and accountability.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years in logistics or supply chain, with at least 2 years managing a team.
• LPG, petroleum, or energy sector experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of EPRA regulations and HSSE requirements.
• Strong fleet management background, including GPS/telemetry tools.
• A decisive leader who is comfortable owning results and holding teams accountable.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
