About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales Associate / Business Development Executive with at least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development. The ideal candidate will spearhead growth initiatives, expand market reach, and support revenue objectives by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Agricultural sectors is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and excellent service delivery.
- Develop winning proposals, marketing campaigns, and presentations that drive lead generation and deal closure.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
- Collaborate with management to develop effective pricing strategies and promotional activities.
Client Engagement & Negotiation
- Engage prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while maintaining client satisfaction.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing ROI, and key market insights.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and other digital platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Background in Real Estate, Construction, or Agriculture is a significant added advantage.
- Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: N150,000 – N300,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
