Job Description/Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBIITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have Insurance Background
- Must have strategic mindset
- Proven experience as a business development officer or similar role
- Self - motivated with a results-driven approach
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Insurance, Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Ms- Office - Computer literate
- valid driver's license (perfect with Manual vehicle)is an added advantage
