We are seeking to recruit a self-driven and result-oriented individuals for the position of Regional Manager Kisumu


Position Summary:

The position is responsible for overseeing operations, sales and personnel across multiple locations within a geographical area.


Key responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company goals to achieve sustainable regional growth.

·        Drive sales growth, monitors KPI’s and analyse market trends to boost performance.

·        Monitor and assess day to day operations and the performance of unit offices and implement measures to ac ensure efficiency, quality control, compliance to policies and targets are achieved and exceeded.

·        Communicate corporate objectives and changes effectively to the local teams

·        Recruit, train, coach and motivate staff to create a high performing teams and positive work environment.

·        Manage organization resources efficiently and contribute to the financial success by meeting the income and cost targets.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and foster new growth opportunities.

·        Address issues proactively, maintain smooth operations and contribute to continuous improvement

·        Report to senior management on regional performance, market trends and operational challenges

 


Key requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 3-5years proven experience in people management, leadership and decision making
  • Results oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems and project management
