Digital Tailor Agency Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business & Tender Development Officer to support our business growth. The role involves identifying and applying for relevant company-related tenders, responding to incoming client inquiries via phone and WhatsApp, and assisting in closing business leads.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, track, and analyze tender opportunities in ICT, software, systems, hosting, photography, videography, printing, and marketing.
- Prepare and submit responsive tender applications, including technical, financial, and all the relevant documents.
- After consultation, decide which tenders to bid on and formulate a strategic bid management plan.
- Ensure timely delivery of tenders.
- Respond to company sales calls and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a tender tracking system and support documentation.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and leads to increase conversion.
- Support lead qualification, proposal writing, and client onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for bids and sales responses.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in ICT, Procurement, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ICT solutions, systems, or digital services.
- Prior experience in tendering, proposal development, or B2B sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and digital communication tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage one's own time is crucial.
- Candidates must also exercise discretion and uphold a commitment to confidentiality.
