Location: Nairobi

Working Type: Hybrid

Schedule: 6 days per week, up to 45 hours total.
Compensation: KSh 70,000 consolidated salary + 5% commission on successful bookings.
Probation: 3 months


Overview

We are an upcoming tattoo studio in Nairobi with a vision to redefine the tattoo experience. Our goal is to set new standards of creativity, professionalism, and client care. Creating a space where clients feel valued, and excited. This is an opportunity to join at the ground level of a growing brand and play a central role in shaping how clients experience the studio as we expand.

The Client Relations & Studio Coordinator will manage client communication and bookings while actively driving business growth through marketing, outreach, and operational initiatives. This is a full-time role that blends administrative precision with creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience (25–30% of time)

●       Respond promptly to all client messages (>5min during shift) and incoming calls with a clear, friendly, and empathetic tone.

●       Qualify leads, send deposit instructions, finalize bookings upon payment, and maintain accurate records.

●       Manage the studio calendar to prevent conflicts and ensure a seamless booking process

●       Send scheduled aftercare and request testimonials from clients

Business Growth & Development (70–75% of time)

●       Generate and execute marketing and outreach ideas to bring in new clients

●       Capture and organize content ideas for social media

●       Identify and contact potential partners (e.g. gyms, restaurants, hotels, fashion brands, creators)

●       Develop upsell and retention strategies, such as loyalty perks and returning client offers

●       Regular generation and implementation of practical business growth ideas

●       Participate in daily review meetings to share updates, track progress, and set priorities for the next day

 

Skills & Qualifications

●       Excellent spoken and written English; confident on phone and messaging platforms

●       Friendly, patient, and client-focused

●       Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

●       Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and social media platforms

●       Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools

●       Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a growing, creative environment

●       Flexible with scheduling
