An NHIF accredited provider for maternity and gynecological procedures, we provide high quality, affordable, client-centric, respectful maternal & child health care, pediatric, gynecology, and family care assistance at our family care medical centre in Nairobi, Kenya. We started off focusing on maternal health care in 2011 as a mobile clinic, and gradually grew into a full-fledged hospital providing maternal and child health care, outpatient care and emergency medical services, with a vision to expand to various centres across.
We began with serving patients around Thika Road in Nairobi and so far we have conducted more than 4,500 successful deliveries, with zero maternal deaths to date. JOB SUMMARY

Minimum QualificationsApplicants must have:Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.Current registration and valid practicing license with the Clinical Officers Council (COC) of Kenya.Postgraduate qualification in Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) Management from a recognized institution.At least three (3) years' experience in managing patients with non-communicable diseases in a hospital or specialized outpatient setting.Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient counselling skills.Added AdvantagePreference will be given to candidates with:Postgraduate training or certification in Cardiology.Experience working in specialized hypertension, diabetes, or cardiovascular clinics.Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).Demonstrated involvement in clinical quality improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients with chronic illnesses including hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, asthma, COPD, chronic kidney disease, obesity, and related conditions;Develop individualized management plans and monitor treatment outcomes using evidence-based clinical guidelines;Provide patient education and counselling on lifestyle modification, medication adherence, and disease self-management;Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary care for patients requiring specialist input;Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and development of NCD clinical protocols;Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the hospital electronic medical records system;Mentor nursing staff and support continuous professional development activities within the NCD clinic.
