• Proven banqueting management experience within branded or upscale hotels
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, revenue control, cost management)
•Demonstrated audit and compliance discipline
• Sales & Catering system proficiency (Micros/Opera – Sales & Catering module essential)

• Strong leadership presence and emotional intelligence
• Track record of managing large-scale conferences and events
