Our client, a manufacturing factory in Greece, is seeking a qualified and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join its production team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work as a CNC Machine Operator in a factory environment, operating CNC machines to produce components according to technical specifications.
Candidates with experience operating wood CNC machines will have an added advantage.

Training will be provided on the company’s specific equipment, machines, and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to production drawings and specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor CNC machine operations.
• Ensure quality control of finished products.
• Follow factory safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain basic machine cleanliness and report technical issues.
• Provide video proof of previous CNC machine work demonstrating practical skills.

Job Requirements

• Male candidates aged 25–40 years (client requirement).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
• Experience operating wood CNC machines is an added advantage.
• Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or CNC Machine Operation.
• Ability to provide video proof of work showcasing CNC operation skills.
• Willingness to be trained on the company’s specific equipment and procedures.
• Valid passport and clean criminal record.

Salary & Benefits

• Net salary: €1,000 per month
  (Approx. KES 152,000)
• Working hours:
  • 8 hours per day
  • 5 days per week

• Initial 1-year employment contract, renewable.
