Commission-Based Sales Agent (Agro Products)
Job summary
We are seeking Contract Sales Agents to promote and sell ECORIC agro-products (biofungicide and biofertilizer) to farmers, agro-dealers, and distributors across Kenya. This position is commission-based, fully flexible, and suitable for candidates who can independently engage clients in their regions. Commission is paid immediately after each sale.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote ECORIC agricultural products to farmers and agro-shops
- Identify leads, approach potential clients, and close sales
- Provide product information and conduct follow-ups
- Share daily brief updates via WhatsApp
- Support basic product demonstrations when suitable
Preferred Regions of Operation
While this role is remote and open nationwide, we are especially interested in agents who live in or understand agricultural areas such as:
Nairobi, Kiambu, Uasin Gishu, Trans Nzoia, Kericho, Nyandarua, Laikipia, Thika, Nanyuki, Kajiado, Kwale, Kilifi, Lamu, Siaya, Migori, Homa Bay, Busia, Bungoma, West Pokot, Taita-Taveta, Makueni, Narok, Kisii, Baringo, Kakamega.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales experience (agriculture sector is an advantage)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to connect with farmers, agro-shops, distributors, cooperatives
- Smartphone with WhatsApp for daily communication
Compensation
- Commission-based earnings
- Payment after each confirmed sale
- Earnings depend on performance and sales volume
